Ford Diversity Mounting Bracket

It was made in a progressive die that Accura designed and built for Osram Sylvania. There are two embossed strengthening ribs and one 45 degree gusset. Most of the bends are plus or minus .005 and the large radius was +.003 -.000. The part was made from 1008 steel .025 thick.

When we ran the die it produced 100 pieces per minute..
